8.1 (145.8) Whoa Nelly! I was sooo hungry last night, I had a peanut butter sandwich around 10 pm. Won't do that again.
If you eat a few almonds (unsalted) they satisfy hunger and don't do much to blood sugar! Maybe that might be a good nighttime snack. There is the good hand to mouth action too!!

Well, I did have fat free/sugar free jell-o planned for my snack after supper. I waited too long and ate the sandwich right before bedtime. Grocery day tomorrow, I'll put almonds on my list.

144 ... right in line with 'normals' ... it seems the only time I have lower blood sugars in the morning is if I have a late snack before bed ... something with all 3 macros in it ... but I don't normally save enough calories during the day to have that late snack.

151.2 8.4 It's been high the last couple of days. I've been off my feed lately, eating things I really shouldn't.
Time to put on my big girls panties and get back at it. No one will do it for me.

178 ... must have been up this morning because I had a sleepless night ... cause it was only 165 one hour after a non-medicated meal later on in the day.

8.1 (145.8) speaking of sleep, I haven't had an un-interrupted sleep in at least two weeks. I don't worry too much about it, but maybe I should. Last night, 2:30 am, stomach pain woke me up. It was fine when I woke up this morning.
