    Hello all,
    I have returned from my unhealthy eating and pity party of aches and pains that have returned as I have put weight back on. I am ready to look forward and get back on the healthy train.

    10/13 Day 1: 750 calories burned (martial arts and vigorous cleaning) skipped dessert tonight, though I did have a cocktail with my husband.
    10/14 Day 2: 700 calories burned (martial arts & mini cycle) cut down on flour today, only had 1 slice of bread and 1 serving of pretzels
    10/15 Day 3: 440 calories burned (circuit training & mini cycle) 75 jump lunges
    10/16 Day 4: + lunges
    10/17 Day 5: + lunges
    10/18 Day 6: + lunges
    10/19 Day 7: + lunges

    Total 1890
    Left 1610

    Going out of town Fri/Sat/Sun. Should be an interesting end of week burn.

    This challenge has got me cycling further out. Getting a new Cycling Cyclometer and Running Foot Pod soon! Will be out looking for Cactus Apples in the hills to add to my juice creations. Sacrificed my mini pumpkin the other day...interesting flavor. Lots of leftover pulp for my monster crackers...great for hummus dip.

    Just a quick note saying THIS has been an extremely hard week for me! Work has been so so busy plus I still need to figure out a couple things in my personal life. :'(:'( I haven't been able to get ANY exercise in since Wed! I REALLY need to day plus catch up on things, so sorry I've NOT been around! I'm sure everyone is kicking it with your burn! I will check in late! :):)

    I'm at my dad's farm this weekend, and we made nearly 100 gallons of fresh apple cider. I underestimated my burn today b/c I don't really have any way of knowing what it truly was. It had to be at least 615, possibly a lot more. And I'm ravenous!
