    Welcome @PaulRaymond! We are glad to have you join us. We practice flexibility and balance here stressing just the basic tenants of 5:2 fasting - 5 days TDEE calorie level, 2 days fasting level spaced out within the week. The rest can be tailored to what does and doesn't work for you. I won't say much more because @Meghan509 pretty much covered your questions. I will add feel free to post any additional questions in the main section. This is a very friendly forum.
