I just started today! How do y'all track the activity? 20 minutes walking/10 jogging?0

I just started yesterday. I'm already excited for Day 2.
I didn't think I'd used my muscles that much, but then I walked upstairs to my apartment tonight, and I was like, "Oh, THERE you are..."
I did an upper body workout since I didn't want to be too sore tomorrow. I'm taking the rest days seriously.
I logged it as X minutes jogging and X minutes walking. I wasn't really sure what to use for the pace, but I wear a HRM, so I just guessed and entered my calories manually.0
