I did HIIT 25 yesterday as my first turbo fire workout. It is definitely different than I am used to with the music and the fire-whistle stuff.... great workout of cheesy fun.
The Fire Drills? Yeah, she gets you going. My heart rate is in the 172-180 range for those, then back to 150ish.
Were you pumped up the rest of the day?

I was!! I made the mistake of doing them at 8PM since that is when I could get the spare room to exercise in!!! but it was pretty good!!! I can see how good the shorter HIITs will be for days I wouldn't normally get a workout in (I typically "rest" Fridays but could probably do a HIIT 15-20)0
