Slowly heading back down on the scale. I will take any loss I can get.0

I'm late, I hope it's okay that I've joined. I put in my goal for the challenge, not my overall goal. Is that right?

Welcome! You can just put your challenge goal. We try to run one in 3 month blocks so most people just put their goal for that time period and readjust for the next one.0 -
I'm gonna try real hard not to overindulge tomorrow knowing that I have to weigh in the next day ... We'll see how well I do. At the very least, I'll get a lot of extra calories burned by cooking all day.0

What a great idea, thanks for sharing!! I added myself0

Double for me the 22nd clocked in at 212.5 and this week came in at 206.6! Was carrying a bit of water weight last week and prob a little under in terms of water today, so not expecting a big drop next week, will be happy with maintenance :-) I lost the butler challenge last week, so I was pretty motivated this week!0

Great job! I skipped my weigh in today and will do it tomorrow. I just wanted to recover a day from the holiday before facing the scale.

Maintained this week. I am happy with this given it was a holiday week. ON the positive side, my jeans are fitting looser and I am starting to see some muscle definition in my abs and shoulders. The scale may not be moving much but I am definitely getting stronger and losing inches.0

Question: Is the starting weight meant to be our overall starting weight, or what we started out at the beginning of the challenge, or does it not matter?0

Hi I am new to the community, I was tracking myself in the Spring on fitness pal, then my dad passed away in April and I fell back to food. I am starting my journey again and I do really well with challenges because I find myself accountable.

I have been in a funk the last two weeks. I was sick right after Thanksgiving and now that I am feeling better it is hard to get back in the groove of things. At this point I would like to get back to my starting weight and maintain through Christmas. This was the time of year that I let myself goal and gained 10 lbs (very little of which have come off in 2014). Time to refocus so I can get through the rest of the year.0

You can do it ^0

Heading back in the right directions. I can't believe this year is almost over!0

Weight creeped back up this week. I think last week's weight was a fluke because I've been sick with pertussis and not keeping much down. Now that I'm a high dose steriod my eating has been a little crazy.0

I thought for sure I'd stalled completely. Then we had guests in town who were adamant that our scale was at least 7-12 pounds off. So at present, I really have no idea where I'm actually at.0

I did not weigh the Friday after Christmas. I spent Most of Wednesday, all day Thursday and most of Friday eating. It was excessive but it is a holiday tradition and eventhough part of me knows better, the bigger part of me wanted to enjoy every bite and not worry about it. That was exactly what I did, no regrets. Now i am just trying to get it back under control and I will see what the damage is this coming Friday.
