OK folks I had a horrible week. I passed a couple of kidney stone was down and out for a couple of days and found out I 4 more waiting to pass. The doc's and i are working on this situation and I am hopeful that it can be resolve without surgery.
Now this weeks challenges for me is to log everything I eat and log all exercises this week. My Physical Therapist was rather disappointed that I only did my home work 2 days last week. If i am going to get feeling better I need to hammer this out everyday.
My second challenge for me is average 12000 steps a day including my exercise stuff. I should be able to hit this no problem this coming week
Next on the challenge list for the week is to drink 128oz of my electrolyte drink. This will be a challenge in itself as it difficult for me to this when I am working, but how do they say it... OH yeah PUT UP OR SHUT UP. So I going to put up the numbers this week just you watch.

I love doing challenges. But I find I give up if someone in the challenge is getting over 100K steps in a 5 day period.1 -
Is anyone else having issues with Steps not syncing with MFP? Under APPS > Steps, I have an option selected that says "Don't Track Steps" but I can't uncheck the box...I've tried removing and uninstalling the apps. As well as revoking access between the two apps and syncing again. Everything else syncs (water, exercise, food) but not my steps because of this stinking box! If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated!

FINALLY, figured out how to find my ID, it's the simple things that drive me crazy. So, married, grandkids, live in northern lower MI. I spend too much time on the computer. Looking forward to getting outside more when we get some sun. Current hobby is photography.
