I was thinking about all the different things our bodies need to be healthy, and realized one of the most important things we can do for our bodies is one we all too often neglect. So I decided this week's challenge would be a sleep challenge! In addition to the goal of 3500 calories burned this week, I challenge everyone to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Bonus points if you snag a nap too!

Week 10: 3500 calories + sleep

    This will be tough for me. I usually only get about 7 hours a night and that is good for me. I get a headache if I wake up, go back to sleep, wake up etc. I will try really hard though as I am on vacation this week.

    I meant to say I'M not feeling good, so I'm Sleepier than usual. Not BAD enough to take a day off work, but definitely go to bed early tonite and get at least 8 hrs. Day off tomorrow, and once I Vote in Local election, I MAY be napping! Watch out LADIES , I'm in it To win it with this One! :p

    I'm going to keep track of how many hours I sleep but I usually only get 6 1/2 since I get up at 4 am for my run!
