Exercise is suffering this week because I have a sore/sprained wrist, & I am not really sleeping well. It is amazing how much you need to use your wrist for everything & how hard it is to rest it!0 -

Do you have a wrap or some sort of wrist guard to help immobilize it? They can make a huge difference.

I finally went to the doctors on Thursday. Got an X-ray to make sure it wasn't broken, got a wrist brace, & it is almost better now. I was surprised at what a difference that made. I would probably still not be able to lift my coffee cup if I had not gone. I would never have believed a simple wrist brace would fix anything. Now I know & will try that sooner rather than toughing it out.0

Had oral surgery today. Logging will be wonky for a while. I'm doing reasonably well, so far the pain is manageable. Hubby is a rock star taking care of me and the kids. My youngest quietly pops up every 20-30 minutes to see if I need anything and to make sure I'm not lonely. Such a dear little nurturer.
I had 3 out of 4 pulled. Two were straight forward, the 3rd was tricksy. It was completely horizontal and terribly impacted. They had to break off the crown, extract that, and leave the roots, as they were too close to a nerve to risk pulling the whole thing. Good times.
