    Always happy to have active friends. I'm 46, mum to teenage DD, live Sydney, work full time, lift weights, do Spin classes, walk 10,000 steps a day. Have lost 30kg and maintaining size 10. Pretty happy with where I'm at but always looking to improve something :)
