Hi all
I just joined this group, but have been low-carbing since end April. Have lost almost 41kg to date and plan to lose a further 45kg. So I'm almost halfway.
Looking forward to interact with like-minded people!

I think you'll find this group a welcome relief from some of others - folks here actually do care and will do all they can to help if you are in need of advice/suggestions. Remember there are no "dumb questions" (except those not asked) so don't be shy about asking if you want.
I'm guessing with 22 posts you are relatively new to the groups so I'd offer a couple suggestions if I might
First, spend some time reading through the back threads - there really is a wealth of info available and some of it will likely answer some of the questions you'll have if just starting out.
Unfortunately, when MFP changed (updated?) the boards the old posts didn't get carried over and much was lost but it's getting better every day as new posts are added.
If you are not familiar with how the group format functions (it not quite the same as the "message boards" - there is a link near the top of the post listings entitled "all discussions", clicking on it will display past post threads.
Forgive me if you were already aware of it but it took me a while to figure out.
Finally, you might want to consider opening your food diary to group members (or "friends only" if that's your desire - it let's group members review your diary and be more specific when answering questions. NOT a "requirement" by any means and certainly your decision.
Many group members do have their's open and it's a great place for you to look for menu ideas and most group members will gladly accept friend requests (or whatever they're called) from other members.

Hi I have just joined this group. I have been on MFP for 80 days now and have lost 55 lbs. Going it alone has been rough - I'm ready to feel the love and support of others. I have been Low-Carbing for past month. I look forward to friends on my feed.0
