It seems that I will make the 60 mark this month, which is an accomplishment. But like the rest of you I'm planning to start anew come January, and beat all my previous records0 -
Thursday: (12.25) Walked in a park (also used some of the exercise machines for a little bit) with my DH for 75 minutes. Used both the paved pathway and the rocky unpaved pathway.

Friday: (12.26) Walked in a new park with my DH for 90 minutes. Paved walking trail. This one had some inclines and lots of curves to make it interesting. Nicely wooded trail.

I have been really lax in my walking and watching my calories this month, so starting again January 1st. I am pretty happy in knowing in the last 10 months I have lost 105 lbs and kept it off. I have about 45 more I would like to lose so need to suck it up and get serious again. So glad the holidays are almost over!!!!
