Did a little circuit training today that was a combination of strength and cardio. I believe I'll feel it later.
R-Queenie - Way to start the month off right!!!! I believe you can certainly do 28 days. That gives you 4 wonderful days in the month in which you can eat what you really like until you feel satisfied - not stuffed though.0 -

Went to yoga class at the Y tonight. My knee hurt so much last night that I couldn't sleep so I decided not to lift weights today. Something is better than nothing and Kellie did an excellent class with lots of stretches that focused on the hamstrings, just what I needed.0 -

Didn't get to the gym today. I am not feeling well...like I am getting a cold, which might have been inevitable since all of my family and two coworkers have had one. More vitamin C for me; mom isn't allowed to be sick.
Scherzie - good luck with your marathon training. I have no desire to run 26.2 miles, ever.

Laughter Girl, I am feeling better. I think rest, homemade chicken soup, and vitamin C really did do the trick. I made it to the gym tonight for a middle weight workout. I'll sleep well now and wake up with a better attitude.0 -

I did a 30 minute dance workout today, and I really had a good time. I looked like an idiot for a lot of the moves, but it yielded a nice burn and I had fun.

Laughter Girl, good for you on the three mile run! And, yes, my goal for December is 4x to the gym every week. I hadn't planned to go today, which is good because my Aspie had a meltdown so I sent hubby and Boy Scout to the Scout Christmas party without us.0
