I did a 30 minute circuit that was a strength & cardio combo. It wasn't too bad, but I do feel a little sore. I'm not complaining though.No pain, no gain.

Made it to Curves for the 2nd time this week. I know I am doing better this month (though I am still not "green" for the month). The scale hasn't moved for me...honestly, it hasn't moved for about a year. I am still fitting my new "small" clothes, but they are snug and uncomfortable. I continue to wear them as a reminder that I can not quit. But if I were being honest, I would say that I am feeling frustrated and sad about my lack of progress.
I'll sulk in my whiny, pouty sad for the evening and then try to find some sunshine thoughts in the morning.
