    Scherzie - way to go! I have no wish to run that far. I don't enjoy running. I just do it occasionally for charity.

    Unfortunately, I did no exercise yesterday, but I was able to get a 3 mile run in today. :D

    Melissa - Congrats on making it to the gym 4 times!!! Are you planning to do it again this week?
    R_Queenie - Way to bounce back from over doing it a little! Keep it going.
    Scherzie - Congratulations on completing the half marathon!!!! I hope to do one next year. First, I have to keep training for a 10K though. :#

    Laughter Girl, good for you on the three mile run! And, yes, my goal for December is 4x to the gym every week. I hadn't planned to go today, which is good because my Aspie had a meltdown so I sent hubby and Boy Scout to the Scout Christmas party without us.

    I did a 30 minute circuit that was a strength & cardio combo. It wasn't too bad, but I do feel a little sore. I'm not complaining though. :) No pain, no gain.

    Made it to Curves for the 2nd time this week. I know I am doing better this month (though I am still not "green" for the month). The scale hasn't moved for me...honestly, it hasn't moved for about a year. I am still fitting my new "small" clothes, but they are snug and uncomfortable. I continue to wear them as a reminder that I can not quit. But if I were being honest, I would say that I am feeling frustrated and sad about my lack of progress.

    I'll sulk in my whiny, pouty sad for the evening and then try to find some sunshine thoughts in the morning. :s

    I did a power walking video earlier today, which was just what I needed.

    Bruce - Glad you're back on track!
    R_Queenie - Congrats on making it to Curves again and for having another green day! As long as you keep it green and exercise frequently, that weight will definitely fall off. My motto is exceptional people don't quit. Stay the course because you CAN do it!!
    Scherzie - Your exercise regimen is impeccable! You put me to shame. I want to be like you when I grow up. :)

    Made it to Curves and was doing good on the day until I came home and the pizza guy took 2 hours and 2 phone calls to deliver....I had a sensible plan of what I was going to eat...and then it all went to pot when it was so late.
