I've found a lot of info on the web, here and elsewhere, but do any of you have a favorite book that covers the essentials of the Keto diet and recipes?

I think Jimmy Moore's book "Keto Clarity" is a good place to start.

Is it just a basics/how to book or does it have good recipes?0 -
Keto Clarity is great.
I know its not a book, but if you can access the net then go to the Diet Doctor website. All the concepts are put out there in plain and direct language, and it is a great resource for beginners and old hands alike!0 -

Another great source is the ruled.me blog and forum.

Bought Keto Clarity, read a little yesterday. Seems pretty well written and backs up principles with science and real life experience.0

I don't own any but Maria Emmerich writes keto cookbooks too. She also has a blog with recipes on it as well.0
