I just found this group and I'm excited I did!

I recently purchased Leslie Sansone's Ultimate 5 day walk plan. Anyone had experience with this DVD?

I'm joining nearly mid month so I want to set my goal as 45 miles starting today.

Welcome briannetrujillo to our happy walking challenge for January!! I totally like U5DWP. The ability to customize in so many ways makes it an awesome DVD. Get to know the different walks and find ways to mix and match 'em. If you have a favorite then do it twice. Whatever you want. Or use the premixes. Or just the toning sessions. have fun!!

Hey everybody. I've been busy and failed to post often. I'm really excited about this month's challenge. My goal is 60 miles or 15 each week. I walked (Lesley Sansone's DVDs) 20 miles in week one and 19 in week 2. I've never achieved my monthly exercise goals, but this month I'm exceeding my own expectations. Thanks to all of you in the group. You motivate me.

61/75 I went to the park today!! I powered walked 6 miles and I feel fabulous. I needed to get outside and walk the walk. I do love Leslie but walking in my kitchen does not compare to getting outside and getting that natural high that comes from pushing yourself. Come on Spring.
