hi everyone im kate just joined group today im hoping to do dvd 3x a week I have a wee dog rocco so im out at least 60 mins a day though I wont count that ill check in tomorrow x0

Hi everyone! sorry to be MIA but its been a busy work week. I am still getting in my walking and also bought 2 more dvds. the belly blasting walk and the walk off fat fast. did both today, they kick butt, especially the belly blast floor workout. I have 2 more that I want to buy, prolly this weekend when I go out again. Love having the variety. Hope everyone is well!

did all 10 of the mini walks, boy that was amazing! prolly shouldn't have done it the same day I did the other 2 dvds cause I am going to feel it tomorrow.

1/12-Just Walk-Walk off Fat Fast-30 minutes which I guess is 2 miles at Leslie's pace=15.89 miles total
Oh my! Am I behind or what! It has been a rough week getting ready for the semester to begin, but face-to-face classes start tomorrow and I am ready! My online classes started on Saturday! Who does that????? :noway: Anyway, I may follow you Bandit and do all 10 mini walks tomorrow! I'm back and I'm walkin'!

I recently purchased Leslie Sansone's Ultimate 5 day walk plan. Anyone had experience with this DVD?
I'm joining nearly mid month so I want to set my goal as 45 miles starting today.0
