Okay, so I have been a real slacker. I have had issues with my achilles and then my back and I am fed up with being fat! I am finally getting back into the swing of things and need to step things up, literally. Although not a lofty goal, I am committing to 20 miles by the end of the month. I think I have about every walking DVD of Leslie's so there is no excuse. I am going to need a good butt kicking and encouragement. I became a Grandma in October and I want to be healthy for my family. Thanks peeps!!!0

Hi mamavickers. Welcome to the group.
To make sure you are eating enough, go to word Goals (under My Home on you home page) scroll down and click on change goals. Make sure that "Guided" is checked-this allows MFP to set up your calorie needs based on things like age and current weight and how many pounds you want to lose each week. It will step you through everything. And you can change it if you are not getting the results you want, but starting out with MFP's set up is best in the beginning.
Regarding replying to a certain post; hit the blue word Quote on the post you want to respond to and it will copy and paste that persons post and then you can just start replying undernearth.
Hope this helps.
