Michelle from Nashville, TN here. My goal is 100 miles this month. I've rarely met that in previous months. My goal for the year is to *run* the 1/2 Marathon in Vegas in November. I used to love running and have been so out of shape that it's a miserable thing to do! Yesterday, I started with a couch to 5K and it was easier than I expected. It's been 2 months since I've put on my running shoes, and then, I was doing the elliptical instead of running.
Here's to a new year and new habits!!
So, my plan is to use my Fitbit to track my miles, but it acted up yesterday. When I checked after the C25K (I put it on right before going to the gym), I was approaching 6000 steps, but when I checked it before bed, and tried to get it to sync, it said I was at 17 steps. I'm cheating on 1/1's mileage and using what I know I had instead of what the fitbit says. Hoping it starts acting right with daily wear and charging!!
