    I'm in!!! And I use Nike app to track my walks for me. I walked my first 3.75 miles yesterday!!! My name on Nike is healthybalance83 if anyone wants to be friends on there.

    Michelle from Nashville, TN here. My goal is 100 miles this month. I've rarely met that in previous months. My goal for the year is to *run* the 1/2 Marathon in Vegas in November. I used to love running and have been so out of shape that it's a miserable thing to do! Yesterday, I started with a couch to 5K and it was easier than I expected. It's been 2 months since I've put on my running shoes, and then, I was doing the elliptical instead of running.

    Here's to a new year and new habits!!

    So, my plan is to use my Fitbit to track my miles, but it acted up yesterday. When I checked after the C25K (I put it on right before going to the gym), I was approaching 6000 steps, but when I checked it before bed, and tried to get it to sync, it said I was at 17 steps. I'm cheating on 1/1's mileage and using what I know I had instead of what the fitbit says. Hoping it starts acting right with daily wear and charging!!

    Gosh I had another day of moving (4.83 fit bit miles)...I think it is knowing I have to report in here that is actually the reason...how super is that! It may be too early to tell, but I sure hope so. Here's to a good day tomorrow for all of us! (*)

    Yesterday was not a normal day. Had to take my wife's car for servicing and I decided to walk home and walk back. This was after my morning workout
