I am ready for January. I bought 2 new Leslie Sansone walking DVD's for the days when I can't get outside in the daylight.
My goal is for 100 miles / more strength training
Just wanted to let you know you can always find Leslie's dvds on YouTube in case you get bored with the ones you have...just to save you a few bucks. I love walking with her...always feels like I am walking with friends.

I didn't stop tracking. My Garmin synchronization has been acting up a bit and I can't tell the distance difference between my regular exercise and my walking activity. Hopefully this clears up soon. Until then, I'm just going to say that I'm still at 32.51 miles.0
