Jan 1: 1/2 hour calisthenics (squats and jumping jacks in there), 30 minutes Wii.
Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.
Jan 2: 30 minutes Wii. 45 minutes walking.
Bonus Round: 5 squats with 2X10 dumbbells, 8 jumping jacks
Jan 3: 20 minutes yoga/strength exercises, 20 minutes walk/jog
Bonus round: 5 squats 2X5, 5 jumping jacks
Jan 4: 30 minutes Wii Fit, no bonus round
Jan 5: 25 minutes jogging, 5 minutes calisthenics, 60 minutes walking, no bonus round
Jan 6: 20 minutes jogging, 40 minutes dance/various aerobic moves, squats and jumping jacks
Jan 7: 45 minutes jogging/walking, did the bonus round
