    Feeling achy all over today, and my spine is acting up, so taking it easy with an hour of stretching-yoga-type-stuff.

    ETA: the warm-up for my mon/wed/fri BJJ class consists 40 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 40 pushups, 20 bridges, 20 shrimps, 20 triangles, 10 ankle reach crunches, 20 oblique crunches (10 each side) and stretching. I did my weighted squats + jumping jacks in addition to that.

    Whoops, I forgot about this!
    So here is mine (looking back over my diary)
    1/1- 63 minutes, slow 3 mile walk
    1/2-50minutes, a spin class and 8 miles walking
    1/3-93 minutes, a spin class and 2 short walks
    1/4-53 minutes, 3 mile walk
    1/5-109 minutes, Walk to work and back (6 miles)
    1/6- 90 minutes, walk to work & around
    1/7-12 minutes, general walking around (was unwell today)

    2nd January 48 minutes of upper body arms core followed by cardio today.
    3rd January I got 100 minutes in today. 70 minute trail walk and 30 minute legs workout
    4th January 20 minutes on the stepper
    5th January 60 minutes tag rugby
    6th January rest
    7th January 83 minutes 23 minute leg workout and an hour of Zumba
    total 311 minutes
