Feeling achy all over today, and my spine is acting up, so taking it easy with an hour of stretching-yoga-type-stuff.
ETA: the warm-up for my mon/wed/fri BJJ class consists 40 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 40 pushups, 20 bridges, 20 shrimps, 20 triangles, 10 ankle reach crunches, 20 oblique crunches (10 each side) and stretching. I did my weighted squats + jumping jacks in addition to that.0 -
