1/2 - 87 minutes elliptical,10 jj & 10 squats (no weights).
1/3 - 65 minutes elliptical, 12 jj & 12 squats (no weights).

Jan 1: 1/2 hour calisthenics (squats and jumping jacks in there), 30 minutes Wii.
Bonus round: 10 squats with 2X5 dumbbells.
Jan 2: 30 minutes Wii. 45 minutes walking.
Bonus Round: 5 squats with 2X10 dumbbells, 8 jumping jacks
Jan 3: 20 minutes yoga/strength exercises, 20 minutes walk/jog
Bonus round: 5 squats 2X5, 5 jumping jacks

Kids went back to college today so even though I didn't get structured exercise in, I did climb up and down the steps at least 20 times today while helping gem load their cars. Back on track tomorrow!
