So, apparently I just skipped the month of May for checking in on my measurements. I took them, but I didn't post them here. Oh well

I'm not very happy with the current state of things, but I really don't feel like doing anything to fix them. I mean, that's kind of a lie. I'm ok with where I'm at. I want to lose weight and inches, but I don't have the mental willpower to really get after it like normal. I'm enjoying lifting heavy and eating all ze food, even if it is damaging my weight loss ticker. Le sigh.

Current measurements (difference since April's measurements)
    Neck: 12.5 (0)
    Bust: 34.5 (+0.5)
    Bicep: 13 (+0.5)
    Forearm: 10.5 (+0.5)
Waist (at narrowest point): 27 (-0.25)
Waist (at belly button): 30 (0)
    Hips: 41.5 (+0.5)
    Thigh: 23.25 (+0.25)
    Calf: 15 (0)
    Total inches: 269
Total inches lost / gained in March: gain of 1" total
Total inches lost / gained for 2015: loss of 1.25" total

Weight: 186.2 (up 5 pounds this year so far. I'm thinking I'm not very good at maintenance.)
Body Fat %: (using last bodpod reading) 28.7
Body Fat %: (using calculations) 25.8
    BMI: 28.3

This will be my first time posting my measurements and am hoping these numbers will hold me accountable. I'll be strictly tracking calorie and exercise for the next 9 weeks and hoping to lose about 5 lbs.+ by that time. It will be a struggle since I'm such a foodie but I'll make the best effort.

    STATS:
    Height: 5'1"
Size: 6/8 Petite on bottoms, Sm/Med Pet on top; Size 6 regular bottoms, small on top.
    Age: 45 years young :)
Weight: 140 lbs. as of June 1, 2015
    BF (est.): 27%

    MEASUREMENTS - June 1, 2015
    Neck: 13"
    Waist (smallest): 31"
    Hips: 39.5"
    Bust: 36"
    chest/rib cage under bust: 32"
    Thigh: 24"
    Bicep: 11.25"
    Calves: 14.5"

    Total Inches Change - na
    Total Weight Change -na

    STRONG LIFTS (5x5) - Began April 1, 2015
    Squat: 120 lbs.
    Bench: 85 lbs.
    Bent Over Row: 90 lbs.
    Overhead Press: 50 lbs.
    Deadlift: 155 lbs.

    MISCELLANEOUS EXERCISE (not consistent):
Bicycling to/from work (depending on weather): totaling 5.5 miles, 45 minutes,5 days a week.

Think I'm settled in enough. Time for some measuring. Did see some things go down though one a little more than preferred but will take the smaller size anyways. I really need to get new bras soon. So, for June 15th the measurements are:

    Height: 4' 11.5"
    Waist: 41"
    Chest: 38"
    Hips: 39"
    Arm: 12"
    Leg: 21.5"

    Weight: 153.4
Bodyfat: 37.9% (haven't measured in a few months)
BMI: 30.5 (using correct height this time) Almost to overweight.

I don't mind losing a little in chest but really hope this waist goes down more. Would be nice if I could have it smaller than my chest but even if not, at least not so much muffin top since it's all above the belly button. Should see more progress in the next 15 lbs or so, I'm hoping.

    Chest: 37.5"
    Hips: 38.5"
    Arm: 11.5"
    Leg: 21.5"

    Weight: 148
Bodyfat: 31% (calipers with 4 point check showed just under 30 but I'm putting it at 31-ish)
BMI: 29.4 = Woot! Made it to overweight.

Bodyfat: 31% (haven't had it checked yet)

Slowing down. Tad glad the chest paused this time. lol Would be nice to let others things get smaller first. Though according to the fitting at VS for bra size I'm a 34D. I have bras that are b and c cup I can't fill out but sure, we'll go with that number. Hard to believe my underbust now is 34 instead of 44.

Mine is a rough estimate. The first couple times were the wildly inaccurate electronic handheld device at the gym. The last set was two different times over a few days time frame where the trainer used calipers (once was right after lifting so met with her few days later to do an assessment not after lifting). She actually said I was just above 28% but I upped it a little. Once I get down closer to the "healthy for my height" range, if it's an option, I would like to get a dexa scan or at least something close enough that is more accurate.

I have never officially had my BF % tested before, but I just looked at my data from 1/15/2015.

I'm 5'7. Start weight in May of 2014 was 213. On January 1st, 2015, I was 178 lbs. My lowest recorded weight for 2015 is 163 lbs. Lately, I've been closer to 170 now since July, grrr. I have been eating at maintenance and focusing on strength instead of cutting like I had been for the past 14 months. I've still been having lower body measurements, so I know I'm losing fat and I've hit some big PRs over the course of summer!

    Calves: 15 to 14 (1 inch lost)
    Thighs: 22.5 to 20 inches (2.5 inches)
    Chest: 37 to 34 (3 inches lost)
    Stomach: 33 to 28 (5 inches lost)
    Butt: 41 to 39.5 (1.5 inches lost)
    Hips: 36.5 to 34 (2.5 inches)

Dress Pant Size: US size 8
Denim Jean Size: US size 10 to 12, depending on the brand

October measurement time. Scale has been slowly creeping though I think right now it's a little up due to lifting the past two days plus hormones, but still things are moving in the general right direction. Measurements are down a little, except upper legs went up .5 as last night was lower body focused lifting.

    Height: 4' 11.5"
    Waist: 38"
    Chest: 36"
    Hips: 37.5"
    Arm: 11"
    Leg: 21"

    Weight: 139
Bodyfat: 31% (haven't had it checked still but might beginning of November as will have lifted for a year)
BMI: 27.6 (online calculator has healthy bmi for my height at about 125)

I took half an inch off my lower abdomen and added it to each thigh. Jeans now loose on waist tight on legs. Husband has grown out of his jeans his quads got so big this month. So I've inherited them. They are a bit slouchy.

    Weight is stable.

    (8 weeks doing SL)

    Waist: 27" (no change)
    Hips: 37.5" (-1")
    Butt: 40" (-0.5")
    Thighs: 23" (no change)
    Bust: 34.5" (no change)

    Weight: 149.5lbs (+2.25lbs)
    BF% (Estimated): 22% (-2%)

Not a hugely dramatic change, but as long as my measurements and BF% keep shrinking, I'm not gonna worry about what the scale says.

    Waist-down .5"
