Posting this now (11pm GMT Weds) for those people in places where it is already tomorrow.
Same format, harder goals (this is gonna get harder week-on-week. Keep at it. You'll be fine)

Literally do the hardest push-up variation you're capable of doing, whether that's a wall-incline or one handed with the cat laying on your back. Don't wimp out on me.

- 150 mins wherever/whenever/however. That's 2.5 hours.
- Bonus: TEN squats (bodyweight is fine), FIVE jumping jacks, and FIVE push-ups (modified as necessary*) every day. That's 70/35/35 for the week. Add weight as and when/where you can.

My goal for this week's workouts get on my stepper 60 minutes a day burning 500 calories. I will check back on the 14th with my results. Good luck this week everyone!0
