    • Rockin' Body - Shaun T's Dance Party (11 Mins) Was interrupted by my son....this was my second attempt, my first was more than 5 mins but less than 10 so it wasn't recorded as an activity by my vivofit
    • Rockin' Body - Shaun T's Dance Party (29 Mins 6 Secs)Third attempt and was way too tired at this point to make it all the way through

    Jan 9 - ran around the house after my grandson instead
    Jan 10 - 30 mins stacking wood, 15 mins running on rebounder, 10 squats, 10 jj, 10 pushups.

    1/9- 50 minutes legs/light cardio (plenty of squats but didn't count)
    1/10- 54 minute cardio class (100 jumping jacks, 57 push ups)
