I love that I don't feel hungry and that I see instant results and ongoing results when I eat this way...anyone else?

For me it's the guidance it gives me when I travel, which is often. It gives me a great roadmap for healthy eating on the road.

I can't give one answer, so I will give my top reasons. I feel great when adhering to the guidelines. I no longer have sugar cravings. It's very easy to follow and stay on. That being said, I'm 98% phase 1. I never felt the need to add in the food from phase 2 or phase 3. I am not looking to lose and have been able to maintain my weight for the past few years.

It certainly does make it easier to stay on track! SO much easier.

I am with you both - it is really easy to stay on track no matter where you are. And the sugar cravings and even red wine cravings (my weakness) are pretty much non-existent!
