If we are counting fast food, at least 7, probably about 10.
If only sit down restaurants, 2-3.

Mostly sit downs. Usually 1-3 per week.0

Depends on work travel... non travel week 2, travel week 5-10.
I have gotten very good at finding restaurants/meals that will get me protein + veg which is what I would prepare at home. Inevitably the restaurant meals are somewhat higher in fat/carbs/chemicals though.0 -
Around 2.0

0 on average per week. eating fast food or going out to a restaurant is more like once per month or less0
-
once a fortnight, but quality food.0

It's pretty random. Sometimes once, sometimes twice, sometimes not at all for weeks at a time.0
-
Per WEEK. Not enough... 0.5 (2 times a month) Lots of good places to eat around mine0

Like how the subject was carefully worded. Around 3-5 depending on how often we feel the need to leave the office.0
-
1-3 times per week, whether it's fast food, specialty (chinese, sushi, thai) or a fancy restaurant0
-
once a week. Usually ends up being for unexpected issues (errands take longer, spontaneous night out with my partner, things like that.0

Fast food maybe once every 6 weeks - usually a sausage McMuffin.
I travel 85-95 overnights for work annually over the past 20 years, so I would guess 2 meals per day when traveling would be accurate, usually at a sit-down restaurant. I try to grab an apple or banana in the morning from the breakfast buffet at the hotel to get my fruits in.
My other thing has been to eat at least one side salad per day = the number of overnights on the road during that particular week. For example 2 overnights, minimum 2 side salads (light or fat free dressing, no croutons).0 -
Maybe 1x but i'm usually too cheap to do either0
