I been so busy and thats not even a reason not to post, but as for today taking it easy because my one let is hurting and my one arm is hurting so resting that but, but tomorrow back in it with zumba and body pump, plus going to get an hour of walking in. I am trying to build up n the treadmill to do 3.5 -4.0 with a 3% incline and also jogging for 15 mins. so I'm building up to these but a year ago I was lucky to do 2.5 for 15 mins.
