Noodle you could also try "Gellish" nail polish. It stays on for 3 weeks and cannot chip! It's a bit more expensive but absolutely worth it. I used to use it when I was diving.

Thanks Cindy, I went to Ulta yesterday & bought an obscenely expensive bottle of OPI Nail Envy Nail Strengthner, which was the most recommended brand on Amazon, other than this $45 a bottle stuff. AND! I bought seriously the prettiest nail color of all time, OPI DB classic 031, which is like a shimmery rose gold. I love this color so much I want to use it to paint my car! I saw the color I want to get @ my next 10lb loss, so I am super determined to keep on track! Have a great Monday everyone!

    Mysticlizard~ do you do rewards?

aaliceinw~ How are you coming towards your diving goal? Do you take pics on your dives? I would LOVE to see that wonder and beauty! They even have great disposable cameras for under water now. No new workout videos yet...I have a few that I need to do .....Feb. 11 will be one month back on this site ...I think I will do something other than don't laugh Richard Simmons broadway :o)~....I am thinking of doing the entire program of Slim in 6 (beachbody) I lost some of my weight back in 09/10 from that program ...I also have 30day shred that I would like to do for the full 30 days maybe that could be in March ...I have hip hop abs and rockin body by Shaun T ..oh and biggest loser dvd's like bootcamp ....so I think I don't need workout dvd's anytime soon :p

I'm far from my dive goal Cindy since I want to lose 10 kg's but I am adding. A 5 kg goal to go and so my refresher dive (you have to do it if you have dived for more than 6 months).

I have a case for my camera so you will be sure to get nice picks when I go to the beach but that will only be in September.

I rewarded myself with some nice lingerie because my clothes are looser despite what the scale says

Megan~ I actually LOVE Richard Simmons work out videos. I wore Sweatin to the Oldies right out back in the day LOL! Have you tried the Shawn T videos? I've seen the ads for them...they look fun.

aaliceinw~ I think your NSVs are better than he scale moving! I was actually complaining to my hubby tonight that I have lost almost 25 lbs and yet my pants aren't falling off! I can take them up and down without unbuttoning them...they are definitely loser but not nearly enough to buy new ones yet! Which I guess is a good thing...Not having to spend money! LOL Who am I kidding I am dying to HAVE to buy some! I'm not a shopper but the thought of them being THAT big makes me happy LOL!!! :p

I am not to far off from losing 50 pounds total. Right now we are looking at buying a new home. So I figure I will wait until I loose 75 pounds and buy a weight bench and weight set. That way we should be settled in the new house and we won't have to move it. :)

Megan, I like the Richard Simmons videos, I used to have quite a few of them. They're a little goofy, but they're fun to work out to. I'm not a big fan of those super serious videos, it seems too much like work to me.

Alice, how awesome! I noticed my work pants are already looser. I'm actually looking forward to stepping on the scale tomorrow. Who thought I'd be one of those people!

Cindy, you're going to look great with a new hair-do! You'll have to post pics! The nail strengthener does seem to be doing the trick. I'm going to try to take a pic tonight & post it. I hope the color shows up.

Noodle can't wait to see your photos. Doesn't it feel good when your clothes are looser?

Lol Cindy! I know what you mean though about going out to buy new clothes. I'll have to look up NSV but I must say that changing the type of nutrients and also the times that I eat them seems to also work. I switched to 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein. I usually have about 25% protein and 52% carbs on average. I also try to eat my fats in the mornings, though today was not at all the case!

Mysticlizard~WOW 50 lbs!!! WOO HOO! KUDOS to you my friend! That is AWESOME! And a new house! Congrats!

Noodle~ Glad the strengthener trick is working! I'm jealous of the fact that you get to swim all the time! I will be lucky to get our pool open by 4th of July at this rate...the snow won't be gone til June! We are getting another 4-6" tomorrow and another storm coming in Monday that they are predicting another foot!!! UGH!!!

aaliceinw~ I am TERRIBLE about buying new things for myself. To the point I know it's a problem. My Mom buys me a pair of sneakers every year for Mother's Day because I never buy anything for myself. I haven't had a haircut in over 2 yrs. The one before that was 3 yrs before that. That is one of the reasons I am on this journey of finding me. I am one of those women...the ones that got so lost in their kids lives that they pretty much no longer exist! I was told I couldn't have kids...both my boys are adopted...all I ever wanted was to be a Mom so when the kids came along...everything was all about them. Then we were Blessed by getting pregnant against the odds! But now that they really don't need me much anymore...I am TRULY LOST! So this isn't JUST about weight for me. It's truly about finding myself! I haven't found the need yet to switch up my nutritional percentages but it's definitely a good thing to keep in mind if needed.

I hope you are all having a FAB_U_LOSS day!!!

There is a symbol in the bar above where you type...it looks like a piece of paper with the corner folded over...if you hold the courser over it it says attach image/file...click on it and choose browse...load the pic you want to share

My first 10 lbs I will buy myself something small or not too expensive like makeup.

I want to lose 30 lbs or more by end of June 2015. I would like a pair of pink boots like my avatar on here.

I haven't decided yet once I lose 177 lbs. maybe a trip to Hawaii.

    Great ideas on here.

Noodle; I want one of those swimming trackers too. That will be on my list.

Karen~ Great goal rewards!!! I have the Garmin Vivofit...it tracks EVERYTHING! I love it!!! My daughter has a pair of pink Timberlands that your avatar reminds me of...

I have finally decided after I get my hair done for my 1st 25 lbs lost...I am going to by myself a new CD to put on my ipod to make working out more fun...every 10 lbs...so at 35 lbs I will get my 1st CD...at 45 lbs my next...until 75 lbs...at 75 lbs I will buy some new clothes.

Karen~ You should do some research...find the one that has the features you like. I love my Vivofit...it's actually the 4th different unit I've tried. It's water proof and keeps track of everything including my sleep. I need that because I am a HUGE insomniac and I work overnight...not a good combo at all so I like to track my sleep too! We have a pool so the waterproof was important to me for the summers. The 1st unit I tried was ok...but they charged a yearly subscription fee to use their service...without the service the unit was no good so...I didn't like that at all! I hear a lot of good things with the fitbit...but they have several different ones to choose from so you have to go for the one that is the right fit for you. I don't like that it doesn't have the info right there on display...you have to go to their website to get it...my Vivofit tells me everything right there on my wrist! And I love that it doesn't have to be charged every couple days. It uses a watch battery so I don't have to take it off and charge it constantly.
