Would any of you be interested in posting daily accountability goals/checklist? Just as a check-in with others? I did this many years ago online with another site and group of ladies and it helped to keep me going strong. We had daily goals as well as weekly exercise goals. You choose your own goals, but post your results each day. We usually had to post our results before 10:00am the day after. Then we would comment, encourage, etc. Our format looked like below, I just cut and pasted the format into my computer and retyped it everyday. I'm disgusted that I started out this journey last week 50lbs heavier than I was in 2008. UGH! I need help. And obviously our goals may be different from below.... suggestions welcome! Maybe we all come up with our own daily goals? 5-7 different goals?

Notes:
If every day was like today.. I would lose 1.1 lbs per week meeting my goal by 1/13/09.

Notes: *Percents: 15-25/15-35/35-50** My goal for these three weeks is to have over 35% protein everyday. Not going to look at the carbs and fat, just protein.

    Great! I was off work yesterday for an appointment so I didn't get to do mine for Tuesday, but I will post mine from yesterday. Wasn't a great day though.

    Notes:
    Today was rough. I ate out for lunch which put me way over my calories. But I hit the gym and gave it my all and made a personal best time on the elliptical. I try to get 2 miles under 20 minutes. Never did it before and yesterday I crushed it! 2 miles in less than 18 minutes, so that is a nice victory for me.

    I was on the treadmill and it didn't pick up some of my steps-I think I was over 10,000 since I walked 3.5 miles alone on the treadmill.
