I am thrilled so far. This week has slowed down to a more normal loss. I wish it could have kept the pace but heck 6 lbs. lost! Just have to keep reinforcing to my brain it is a life style change that if continued success is possible! Keep it going everyone!0 -

Hi all, bit late with post 23\01\15 = 139 lbs so down 1 lb from last WK. again I have done OK with diet and reducing carbs for more protein, lentil soup for lunch was way more filling than a sandwich! However only went to gym for treadmill run yesterday first exercise all week not good but enjoyed run and going again today

I learned this format from the 20 pounds by Christmas Challenge and it helped me tremendously, so I will continue using what works! Mini-Goals are fantastic....much less overwhelming for me.
