    Sunday: 2.52 miles slogging through mud while carrying a bag of bricks... oops, I mean... running ;-)
    Monday: 1.46 miles running; 8.99 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Tuesday: 2.46 miles running
    Wednesday: 9.73 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
    Thursday: 2.56 running; 1 mile walked (according to my new Pedometer! Ha ha!)
    Friday: 9.5 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates; 1.5 miles biking; 1.5 miles walking
    Saturday: 2.47 miles running

    WTD: 43.69 miles

    Wed Morn 11.48 bike trainer 45 Min workout
    Wed Late Afternoon 5.75 mi run/walk (ran most of the distance)
    Thur 3 mi walk
    Fri 12.3 mi bike trainer (45 min)
    Sat 3.5 mi run Average Pace today dropped from a 16 to a 14.


    Total 35 mi

    Sun 6/09 I'm attempting a beach ride over 60 mi.

    Saturday: 3.4 miles Hotter than heck out there today but I did it. :bigsmile:
