Monday: 1.46 miles running; 8.99 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
Tuesday: 2.46 miles running
Wednesday: 9.73 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates
Thursday: 2.56 running; 1 mile walked (according to my new Pedometer! Ha ha!)
Friday: 9.5 miles stationary bike followed by Pilates; 1.5 miles biking; 1.5 miles walking
