I am very happy to report, that Carbi is not alone in her quest to get back at it! This morning after two successful fasts and pretty nice inbetween days (+/-TDEE) and some regular exercise, I saw a number on the scale, that I haven't seen for 2 months! 57.2kg!!
I didn't log some of my days this week and some I logged after the fact. My treats were pretty much in check. And except for Th/Fr I did at least 30min of exercise every day, mostly more. So all in all, I'm happy with that and will continue with a mix of counting / not counting. Seems to keep me more mindful at the moment.
I was maintaining for quite a while between 57-57.5 until it started creeping up a bit to 57.5-58 then 58-59. I hope by getting my business back together, I have turned that trend around. It is the slowly creeping up weight, that gets to me, not the daily fluctuations, as that is how I reached 96kg at one point in my life. Not going there again, NOPE!! I now seem to be able to pull the breaks at 59 at the latest. But I have to stay watchful, mindful and get my a** in gear, when I see it creep. I think, the work never really ends. But I've got my eye on the prize! 54-55kg and a major tummy / ab tuck on June 2nd!
Sun is out, a bit of snow outside, so I'm off to walk through a cold winter's morning
Enjoy your day!

My walk turned into a run. Just a thin blanket of snow, sun, no wind and just below freezing. Perfect0

Total loss as of 01/30/2015 12.6 lbs (5.72 kg)
Gained a little this week but I am remembering others who have posted saying their can be wild weight swings with 5:2 and the excessive celebration of my husband's birthday.
Just turtling along to my goal. I am the Tortoise.

Congrats to everyone on starting or trudging on, an extra tip of the hat to Carbie and Flumi for hitting some important goals...and because they mentioned butts and boots.
Have a good weekend.0 -
We'd do anything to help you get back into the loop, Orlcam. That's just how we are0

Hey all!
So this week was TOM and I stayed the same after doing 4:3. I normally gain at this time so it's truly a miracle.
8.5 lbs down and holding steady since Jan 1st. Once I start exercising it may slow as I probably will have to switch to 5:2.
Bburg- I have Hashimoto's and am currently in a hypo cycle. 5:2 has been a true blessing!!!! After gaining steadily these last 2 years exercising my butt of and doing daily low cal's I finally found a great balance with 5:2.-add me as a friend.
I really wanted to top January off at a 10lb weight loss but Seeing how it's the weekend and the Seahawks are playing in the Super Bowl....I'll surely be tested.
Have a great weekend everyone! Hey, I have a cat too0 -
@flumi_f - Thanks for the support, darling.0
