Since kcasey155 havent been in yet and made us a february Challenge, I thought I might start it for her. (Hope you dont mind)

Going to be a better month!! Goal is, as always, 100 miles. But more importantly, to beat the 62 I did last month!!!
(The boyfriend got a Fitbit on Friday and we discovered that we could friend each other and create challenges, so I'm definitely going to be pushing it! Can't let him win!!! And I've got a 5K scheduled this month...that always helps me stay on track!)

My goal for February is the same as for January when it comes to km - 180 km this month. Since this month have 3 day less than January and I just made it then, it will be something to reach for
Going for at least 6 000 steps each day, how ever my day is as a 2nd goal

Right, my total mileage for January was 130m. February is shorter and we have snow and a week off of school, so my goal will be 100 miles this month.
Monday 2nd - 3.6m, Tuesday 3rd - Snow Day, Wednesday 4th - 3m AM

I use fitbit and my goal is to get 10k a day...on a shorty like me (5'2") it clocks me at 4 miles for 10k. Rip off. LOL

I exceeded my goal for January but I had intended to lower it for February - but I forgot to buy a bus pass and now I am paying by the ride so I will be doing more walking to and/or from work this month. Also, my Fitbit friend is back online and kicking my butt so that might help motivate me to move more.

Yesterday was one of those day. Getting home from work and just melted down in my sofa. Looking at my step counter when closing up to night, it was easy to see I was far from my goal on 6 000 steps a day. And I could not let that happen. So ended up doing a combo of jogging/walking. And before I knew it I was close to 10 000 steps

It's great to be walking with you all again this month. I'm still going with the 100miles even though it's a shorter month and I only scrapped through last month, I need to push myself.

Thank you Sivangi. I got sick and didn't finish out January, but I am starting a new diet and walking will be a big part of it. Looking to get around 150 miles.

Gha we got rain again. From -12C (10F) and a beautiful winter weather til 5C (41F) in a night and rain. Roads are dangerous slippery, so no out and walking for me and my dog. Hope it will change soon, I miss going out for my walks ...

I have had some of those moments when I have something like 6.98 miles . . . but I usually notice it the next day
