Yesterday was one of those day. Getting home from work and just melted down in my sofa. Looking at my step counter when closing up to night, it was easy to see I was far from my goal on 6 000 steps a day. And I could not let that happen. So ended up doing a combo of jogging/walking. And before I knew it I was close to 10 000 steps
I have had some of those moments when I have something like 6.98 miles . . . but I usually notice it the next day

This weekend we have had visit of the storm Ole here I live. Didn't make to much of himself around my town. Still were a good reason to stay inside, and my dog didnt seem to mind. She rather jumped (danced) around in the livingroom together with me when I turned on some good music.
