This is the first time in two months that I've really pushed myself on the treadmill both with the incline and the speed. Now, I will always prefer to be outside, but if it's raining as hard as it was today, that is not possible. I'm hoping for outside time tomorrow, but it doesn't look promising.
Added 5.5 miles today. March total 8.5 miles. Green!! OK, for now anyway.
Anaconda, enjoy your beautiful weather out there. I'll be jealous, but I'm glad you can get out and ride.
