    Well we are supposed to get up to 70 degrees this week, and this is NW Oregon! Last year at this time it was in the low 30's. I give up, just ride and enjoy!

    03/01 - 12.0 miles cycling
    03/02 - 1.0 miles walking
    03/03 - 11.0 miles cycling

    Total: 24.0 miles

    It was a steamy 47 for my run today. Tomorrow we are expected to get 3-7" of snow follow by record breaking low temps. I may be forced to use the treadmill to stay on track with my runs, less than 8 weeks until my 1st half marathon!

    This is the first time in two months that I've really pushed myself on the treadmill both with the incline and the speed. Now, I will always prefer to be outside, but if it's raining as hard as it was today, that is not possible. I'm hoping for outside time tomorrow, but it doesn't look promising. :(

    Added 5.5 miles today. March total 8.5 miles. Green!! OK, for now anyway.
