I did manage to get the dog out for a walk through the snow yesterday, but I'm not adding any distance for that. Hoping to find a clear path for a run today. (We got snow on top of ice yesterday.)0

Goal for March: 120 miles . . . Going to be mostly spin, maybe some running and some swimming (indoors) for this month - - - Spring is coming !!!

I couldn't bring myself to run yesterday - it was just too hot here. But I made it up today. Tomorrow is long run day.
I heard a sad story today about someone who has been diagnosed with a serious illness. Just a reminder to cherish every day and appreciate that we are able to get out there and move our a$$es.

Well I managed to drag my body to the gym today after school being canceled for a second day. This after shoveling snow and blowing out 6 driveways for 3 1/2 hours. My neighbor fell on the ice and his driveway was buried under ice and a foot of snow from the last three snow falls. No need to lift weights today. It was one giant workout. But I got to the gym and cycled for 10 miles.....nice and easy.
March 5: I am so over snow! Cycling 10 miles and walking 2 miles with my fur babies.

Well such unbelievably good weather, mid 60's and finally no wind. But......got a flat halfway through. Oh well, at least I got a ride and a walk all in one session. The town where I live, they clean the streets once a month or so, so it is like riding through a junk yard.

I agree! Yesterday started out with rain, then sleet, then snow. Tonight we're going below 0. By the weekend we're supposed to be in the 40s on the way to the 60s by early next week. But I guess on the bright side, I could go longer between laundry days since tomorrow's heavy sweater will be too much in a couple of days.0 -
