Time constraints so only 2 miles today. And even that got interrupted by seeing a couple I've come across before. I have no idea what their names are, and they don't know mine, but they have two cute mini collies named Cody and Trevor. I got to scratch some heads and watch them do a couple of tricks. Work tonight and tomorrow so I'll be in the blue again, but then am off for 24 days

@Dave: Glad you are on the mend. I did get your right around the corner post...lol.
@anaconda469: Glad you enjoyed your club ride.
I did a walk jog with my old fur baby today and did my first long run outside in a good while. My right IT band started acting up at mile 6 and I have had no issues with it for a couple years. Back to my bands and roller work. Another walk with both dogs later in the day.
March 8: 10.9 miles - 1.9 miles with my best fur bud, 8.02 mile training run and pup walk for .98 miles
TTD: 87.4 miles
Because I had two workouts with my dogs today I thought this would be appropriate.

It was 53* but with wind so it was still chilly enough to wear a jacket. Only took the big dog that stays outside with me for 3 miles. Left the two little house dogs home cuz I was getting tired of having to bathe the mud off each time we got back. Next weekend we are to hit almost 70*, sooooo excited about that!!! All of our snow will be gone after that but here in Montana we can see snow the end of May!

Had plans for a long walk today, but ended up driving an hour to my parents instead because dad is in the hospital. He should be OK ultimately, but the Drs are having a tough time balancing out his kidneys, heart and diabetes all at the same time. Looks like I will be juggling time at work with visits there for a while.
Of course, I am also motivated to keep working on my own health too. I do not want to have the same diabetic and heart issues when I reach my 80s. Of course, there are no guarantees, but if I get in shape now, I have a better chance of being healthy then.
Forced myself to fit in 1.75 miles today. With luck I will have time to walk more tomorrow.
March total 22.75 miles

Put 10.1 miles in on the stationary bike tonight. I'm ready to take my Nyquil and go to bed now.

@anaconda469 I'm so glad you had a good experience with your club ride! I love the time I spend with my girls bike group! (Can't wait to get this half marathon done, so I can get back on the bike more!)
Friday afternoon, I let the wind keep me off the bicycle, but managed 7.2 miles on the stationary bike at the gym.
Saturday's long run was pretty stinking awesome! 11 miles in 1:52:58 plus some walking.
Sunday I finished week 15 of my half training plan with a 2 mile run, plus a long cool down walk with my dog.
Looking forward to spring-like weather this week!
