Raspberry Fat Bombs

Another easy to make Fat Bomb. I use a silicone mold that
has 20 cavities. If you leave the raspberry out, this will still
taste wonderful, BUT, the raspberry adds a tremendous
amount of flavor! Yummy for the tummy!
At 1.4g carbs, not too bad. The weight is a little light because
the raspberry displaces the chocolate. So this gives you
license to eat more than one.
Raspberry Fat Bombs 19 servings
Ingredients:
6 tbsp. (84g) unrefined Cocoa Butter
3 tbsp. Butter
6 tbsp. (30g) unsweetened Cocoa Powder (I like Toll House or Ghirardelli)
38 fresh raspberries
Liquid Splenda (or your favorite no-cal sweetener)
Directions:
Place butters in microwaveable container and warm up, melt both.
Add Cocoa powder, mix well.
Squirt liquid sweetener in, mix & taste. Sweeten to suite.
Place (2) raspberries in each cavity, with a little space between them.
Using a spoon or other device, fill cavity, swirl the chocolate over the
raspberry, not submerging it, but putting a thin layer on the part that
is above the mold parting line (see pic below).
Put in fridge (NOT freezer!)
Notes:
After sufficient time (minimum 30 minutes) push out bars and put in
covered container. I will note that the raspberry weakens the
bar, and sometimes they may break in half. These are deemed
defective, so eat immediately .
Since you don't freeze them, and the raspberry is so tasty, it
may be hard not to consume 6 or 10 of them, so use caution.
I don't recommend using granulated sweeteners, they don't
dissolve very well in oil.
Here is a pic of one sliced in half:
Here are the macros:

Yeah that's what we all need to do. It's fun. It seams that even a failed experiment is very edible. New recipe:
Oil
Butter
Cocoa powder
Sweetener
Nuts or berries ( or neither)
Pick any amount of the above mix together, freeze, and you've got a wonderful fatbomb!
