Some of you may know me from the Keto boards. My name is Nicole (I go by Nic), and I got tired of being a fat-*kitten*. I maxed out at 375.3 lbs. 11 months after starting this gig, I am down to 228.4. I lost the first 80lbs straight calorie counting (with lower carbs than most) and transitioned into Keto for the remainder of the loss so far. Decided to give these boards a go as well.
