04/02/15 =1 mile Leslie Walk Away The Pounds
04/07/15 =2 mile Leslie Walk Away The Pounds

    March total 3/60

In reference to the question about the Kettlebell Workout. I have done some videos that I found on you tube and really enjoyed it. It was a beginners workout and wasn't too tough but tough enough for a really good calorie burn. But the DVD that I purchased OMG, I don't think I will ever have that kind of strength. Gonna try it again today.

thanks for the feed back, just be careful lifting.

I am feeling better and just living with the shin splints. Just another pain I am learning to live with. I have really cut back on my speed and that has helped. I also bought some new inserts for my shoes. Thank you.

04/09/15 = 1 miles at the park today. Such lovely weather for an outdoor walk. My goal was 30 for April not 60. DUH LOL

    March total 4/30

I am still doing kettlebell workout every other day. Not bad with a light enough weight. The heavier weight is gonna have to wait. Well on some of the easier exercises I can do a heavy weight and on some I use to use a light one

I am hoping to get back to walking with Leslie this week. I have term projects to grade and it might be better for all concerned if grade a few, and then walk off my aggravation with Happy Leslie before grading a few more! Fair warning, I could really rack up some miles doing this as college students can be very aggravating if you know what I mean!

Everyone is gardening, kettle balling and walking some impressive miles! I am so anxious to join in.

    Walk Strong Everyone!

I'm gonna have to kick it into gear for the next couple of weeks to reach my goal.
Right now I'm at 15/55. I have been mixing it up quite a bit and rediscovered the Walk Slim 4 really big miles. I have yet to do all 4 at once but I'm getting there.
    Happy walking!
