6 mile tempo run for me. The last two months I was way ahead of my goal all month. This month I can't seem to get into the green. I might have to resort to walking or bike riding because I don't think I'm going to be able to run that many with the taper and recovery going on.0 -

So if I've done the math right I need to average just over 4 miles a day for the rest of the month to make goal. I should be able to get that done.
