Made two kinds last night - Italian Blend with Cajun season salt - Added too much salt, so will be good with maybe hummus? And Cheddar with a deconstructed taco seasoning... Pretty good actually...0

This weekend I made some pepperjack triangle chips (sandwich slices cut in half diagonally), then put some shredded chicken taco meat, sliced black olives, and shredded Mexican style cheese on them, stuck them back in the oven to melt the shredded cheese, then cooled them and dipped them in queso dip... Cheese-topped cheese dipped in cheese... They were delicious! I've also done mozzarella-Parmesan ones topped with mini pepperoni and sliced black olives.
Now you're speaking my language. Yum. I tried making cheddar cheese taco shells tonight. Not bad! I was surprised at how crunchy they got! I cooked them on the stovetop in a pan.0 -

No, I knew you did warn me, Dan. I was even lighter handed, but it was more the Cajun I was trying to make sure I got enough of.... I ate them together since I didn't salt the cheddar, and it was decent!0 -

I ate (9) more of them tonight (LOL!) I tried three more mixed seasoning salts... all good!
I might make a post about this. Maybe this weekend if I have time.
