Week 3's exercise challenge jumping jacks
50 or 100 or less and work your way up
(Listen to your body we don't want anyone getting hurt so if you can only do a few a day that is still great!)
When checking in please write how many you got done.
If you need low impact for knee issues here is a link showing how you can still do them without hurting the knees.

I will be doing modified jumping jacks mostly...I CAN do regular...but ortho told me "your knees are pre-arthritic...don't do squats, lunges, jumping jacks..." - so I'll do limited...and keep rocking...not stopping!

Shoulders hated the side bends today and just with 2 pounds weight!
