    June 14th - 100 modified jacks on land + Bonus

    This week's bonus for anyone who wants one is - Dumbbell Side Bends

    for a total of 30 per side

    I will be doing modified jumping jacks mostly...I CAN do regular...but ortho told me "your knees are pre-arthritic...don't do squats, lunges, jumping jacks..." - so I'll do limited...and keep rocking...not stopping!

    June 11th - 100 JACKS DONE AND BONUS DONE...this is a good one..thanks(along with 30 tricep extensions and bicep curls - each arm...keeping it going!
    June 12th - 100 JACKS DONE AND BONUS DONE...this is a good one..thanks - and arm work as above
