    Hi
I'm back from walking and found 1 cent. The Temperature out the door was 64 degrees. It is a nice enough day outside with a misty haze in the air.

Monday was overcast and rain free, Today it is misty outdoors with low hanging clouds. No real rain in the forecast for until Thursday where the forecasts show 5 days with some rain being shown.

    Good morning;
Vinny is doing much better and we may be able to pick him us this evening.
Vix-I managed to take a cold shower yesterday, but today is too cold. I will probably go to my daughter's house tomorrow.
Roger-I think Vinny's blood sugar was so low because I was giving him his regular dose of insulin and he didn't need the usual dosage.
We got a lot accomplished yesterday. We painted all 4 exterior doors. Today it is raw and rainy, so no plans as of yet.
I feel bad for the people that were having cookouts this weekend, as the weather here has been so cold.
    Hi Irene.
    Have a good day. :)

    Hi Joanne
Even with the power outage I could get a hot shower, the problem came getting out of the shower stall into the 50 degree bathroom to dry off :(

    Congratulations on getting things painted.

I agree, not the best weather for a big holiday. The news showed the beaches in the area, Empty Monday except for a few hardy individuals, whereas earlier in the weekend they were jammed due to dry and hot weather.

    Have a Nice Day

We had a few t-storms yesterday afternoon and evening, with very hard rain.
This morning is misty and drizzly. But the temps have been in the high 70s to mid 80s.
Ellicott City got flooded again...was flooded 2016 and some businesses had just recovered.
Really awful, with more rain on the way.

No plans for today. Have a good one. Stay safe if you're in flood areas.
    Hi Vix
Not great weather. We saw Video of the flooding in Ellicott City, Sad. The streets looked more like a small river.

Today is not a great looking day so far and it is supposed to get into the 80s which will likely not be comfortable due to it feeling humid.

Later today or tomorrow a trip to Lowes is planned to buy 10 bags of mulch which is on sale until the 30th at a decent price of 5 for $10.

    Enjoy Your classes

    Hi Irene
Another nice walk. I prefer wood myself, the metal ones just seem to be too light where they need to be well anchored. One nice sized wood shed works for us FWIW.

    Have a Good Day

    Hi
I'm back from walking and found 1 cent. The Temperature out the door was 69 degrees. It is a nice enough day outside with a overcast sky. There is rain in the forecast later today.

Yesterday was hot for May with parts of NJ in the low 90s.

We had two (Three) power outages last night, The first 10:58 the second and third around midnight. That contributed to my posting late today :(

I had the mist in the air, I could barely see the top the nearby mountains and they are not all that high.

The darn grass is growing much to fast to make me happy.

You are a ball of energy, yesterday we did pick up 10 bags of mulch that are on sale through today. It appears that we need more so possibly later today. Then some weeding and trimming, Cleaning the Grill I used Monday on the Hamburger that was on sale.

    Good Luck with the Plumber

Good Luck bringing Vinny home today.

    Hi
I'm back from walking and found no cents. The Temperature out the door was 62 degrees. It is a nice enough day outside with a misty haze in the air that has turned to a light rain around the time I arrived home.

I managed to get two decorative pots planted with Marigolds and Begonias to decorate the front step. I left them where I filled them with the Garden soil and plants on the picnic table until the rain waters them in.

    Hi Irene
We did another run to Lowes yesterday since it was the last day of the sale and bought 6 more bags of mulch and 4 bags of Topsoil. The Much is all placed and I used some of the first bag of top soil to plant the pots of flowers.

Congratulations on the walking and getting the Mowing done ahead of the forecast rain. Yesterday was a much nicer day that the day before regarding high temperatures.

I am a little surprised that a squirrel could not get itself out of the pool I would think they must cross streams somehow.

    Good morning;
Irene-Good that you saved the squirrel. I hope it didn't do any damage to the lining of the pool.
Roger-I hope the rain held off so you could get your mulch spread.
Vix-Yes the plumbing is all fixed. It was so nice to take a hot shower.
Vinny is home and almost back to his old self. His blood sugar is too high again. I am doing a blood glocuse curve to see how he progresses throughout the day. He is back down to 1unit of insulin versus 5 units.
We have had a great week weather wise so far. I have gotten all my flower beds weeded and some other little projects accomplished. The last project we have to tackle is to put down a flagstone walkway on either side of the side gate into the backyard. We hope to get that done today.
    Enjoy your day! :)

Krispy Kreme is offering one free doughnut of your choice, no purchase necessary.

    Hi Vix
Once again this morning it is very humid out, despite it being 67 degrees out the door, I worked up a sweat walking :(

It left us both more or less worn out, the bags of mulch had picked up water while at Lowes and that did not make them any lighter.

Not real nice weather in our forecast either.

It sounds as if You found a good acupuncturist that helps You.

    Have a Nice Day
