Total to date - 9.94 of 150 miles
I can only bike or do elliptical for 8 minutes at a time so far, but the first time I tried either after my illness, I only lasted for about 2 minutes! So, already seeing improvement

17.4 miles today. Yes, 17.4. I took my first cycling class in over a decade and survived. 13.4 miles are from there and then I had to go get my 10K steps in, so 4 miles of walking in the misty weather. Oh, and I did a TRX class today too. Getting out of bed tomorrow should be interesting.
Can you change my goal to 90 miles? I was going to do that next month anyway and if I keep doing these cycling classes, I'll rethink the numbers. Thanks.

After another real stormy rain day, I got back on the bike today. And at that I had the weather chasing me around. My knee stiffened up on me because I have not ridden in 2 days. @LoveMyAlex, I had an encounter with a car and the car won. Saved the new bike, tore up my knee some. No worries, just one of those things....

Dealing with a miserable headache that started yesterday afternoon. Decided to take a long walk on the bike trail to at least get some fresh air. And it worked!! Until I stopped walking. So if I'm walking, my headache is (mostly) gone. If I sit down, drive, stand, lay down etc. it comes back and makes me feel sick too. Great incentive to get some moving done, but it is not making the rest of my life easy.
I did add 6.25 miles walking trying to get this worked out anyway. June total 15.75 miles.
Now I'm going to take some ibuprofen, drink some ice cold Gatorade (an old migraine trick that works for my daughter) and try to get some sleep. Here's hoping that tomorrow will be better.

3rd: 10 miles purposeful walking MTD 18.37
I had no car today and had to walk to and from the gym to my classes, then to the garage to pick up the car. Then DH and I walked to the hardware shop to get him some steps in - purposeful walking - no time to do stationary bike or elliptical. I did over 11 miles in total - I was worn out!!!0
