weekend started off great, and then...ya know missing children happened....so yesterday was a trainwreck (ate breakfast and strawberry shortcake...that's it..and biked 18 miles) will be refueling properly today.. 6/7 - 0, 6/6 - 20, 6/5 - 20 + 100 = 140...I gotta get better at this...0

It is hard psychologically and feeling good about what you did food-wise for the day is much more important than a contest. Keep doing what you're doing.0
