6/21: 0 + 560 = 560 (total disaster... moving on)

hold on!!!! I'm running my short little legs as fast as they go trying to catch up!!!! I sucked big time....from last Thursday thru yesterday I got a grand total of 30 (couple days not logged at all, mostly under on protein and calories, over on fat and carbs...) so i'm bringing up the caboose with a total now of 2900

6/22: 10 + 560 = 570 (close to perfect until I realized I forgot to log chicken and beef for lunch)
6/23: 10 + 570 = 580 (I don't wanna talk about it :sad:)

well heat, you were doing fine...up till dinner, which we won't ever mention again 20 for me + 290 = 3100

yeah - i'm pretty sure I did that 1/2 the month too....but this weekend I get all zero's - pretty much ate grapes and pretzels all weekend...tonite i'm trying on my tri suit - you'll probably all hear me crying....0

Thanks, Mimi. Not my best month for sure. It takes a lot of daily effort to stay on top of this. My daily calories were constantly below 2400. Funny how eating a lot is so difficult when you're trying to control your macros...0 -
I sucked starting from my time off. Lots of bottles of wine, beer and other beverages. and the food.. omg, we ate everything in sight. anyway anyone up for a July challenge?? I sure could use it0
